Event Florist Package
With a base price of $1800, your package includes so much more than flowers to make your day unforgettable
Services of the Francis Flower Farm florist are included in the $1,800 base cost of event flowers. Are these services worth it? Well, our services far surpass beyond just delivering flowers on the day of the wedding or event.

Consultation— Briana will meet with you to discuss your event, either in person or over a phone call. The florist will work with you to fully understand your needs, and aspects of the event such as its theme, style, and color palette, in addition to the types of flowers you like and dislike.
​
After this meeting, the florist will draft up a couple of proposals for your event, including the flower types, arrangements, and the total price.
​
Purchasing—Once you have decided on your flowers, we have to ensure we will have the flowers in stock. We grow all of our own flowers and never import, which means if you book far enough ahead of time, we can even grow flowers specifically for your event.
​
Flower managing and storage—Francis Flower Farm will cut and arrange the flowers for your event a day or two before your big day. During this time, we will perfect all arrangements and store the flowers to guarantee their freshness.
​
Construction—Growing, cutting, conditioning, and storing the flowers are only a fraction of the process. Creating unique and beautiful event arrangements is a labor-intensive process. Every bouquet needs to be bundled, every boutonniere bound, and every centerpiece artfully arranged. There is hours upon hours of labor involved in this aspect of the process, depending on how many arrangements are needed.

Delivery and set up—In the hours before your event while you are surely busy with other aspects of the event or getting ready, Francis Flower Farm will take care of delivering and setting up the flowers at your event, ceremony and reception sites. This is one less thing for you to think about, and a great way to ensure all flowers have been handled with care during set up.

Cleanup—After the event, cleaning up flowers is likely the last thing on your mind. Francis Flower Farm will be more than happy to gather the leftover blooms. We will take away any flowers that you do not wish to keep, and all specialized containers used to hold them during the event will be collected.
​
Of course, you are more than welcome to purchase flowers for your event without including the florist event package. You may buy the individual arrangements and bouquets as needed, and pick them up from the farm. Every customer has a unique set of needs and we are willing to go above and beyond to make your day great. We also sell flowers for events via 5 gallon buckets, for $95 per bucket.

The $1500 base wedding flower package includes: 1 bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaid bouquets, 4 corsages, 5 boutonnieres (groom, groomsman, ring bearer), flower girl crown, flower girl flowers, and 10 table centerpieces and all vase rental.

The $1500 base event package includes:

10 table centerpieces, 1 large entryway arrangement, 2 bar/food station arrangements and all vase rental.

As much as you need can be added to the package for an additional fee. Any additional items needed or alterations to the items listed above will be added to the total.
